Nella tradizione biblica la chiamata di Dio è un appello: appello all’essere dalla polvere, appello alla vita, appello a divenire autenticamente esseri umani. Nel vangelo questa chiamata assume la concretezza e la forza di una persona, Gesù di Nazareth: rispondere all’appello di Dio s’identifica con la sequela del Cristo. La vita in Cristo è la testimonianza possibile per una vita piena di senso, una speranza per tutti sempre presente nel cuore dell’umanità e del creato.
